Annual summit between PM Narendra Modi and his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe to be held in Assam capital Guwahati in mid-December. Dates are yet to be announced. Two hotels– Vivanta and Radisson Blu – have been scouted by authorities to host the leaders and their delegations.
