PALASBARI,May 29: BJP leader, former secretary of Assam football association and social worker Himangshu Shekhar Baishya recently joined a Tiranga Yatra programme at Hudumpur under Palasbari LAC in Kamarup district . The event was organised to celebrate the success of ‘Operation Sindoor’.
The rally, organised by BJP workers and supporters of the Palasbari LAC, commenced from the Hudumpur Buragopal temple.The event was attended by retired head teacher and social worker Anil Kalita . The event saw participation of local residents, including a significant number of women, who joined the march with placards and patriotic slogans.
A special ‘Mann Ki Baat’ session was also held at Hudumpur Kukuria LP school premises under Parlli Hudumpur Gaon Panchayat with enthusiastic participation from local residents .
