DIMAPUR, April 30 – The Nagaland Board of Secondary Education (NBSE) today said the results of the HSLC and HSSLC examinations, 2020 can be expected by May-end. The exact date of declaration of results will be intimated in advance, NBSE Chairman Asano Sekhose said in a notification.
It said the process of preparing the results of the twin examinations was put on hold due to the ongoing nationwide lockdown. However, as per a State Government order dated April 11, work has resumed with a few staff.
Sekhose advised that all concerned should check the official website of the NBSE, www.nbsenagaland.com, in view of fake news circulating on the social media.
“All are advised to stay clear of the fake news to avoid any confusion,” the notification added.
The NBSE conducted the HSLC examinations from February 14 to 26 this year, while the HSSLC exams were held from February 12 to March 4. The board usually announces the results for Class X and XII on the same day. In 2019, the results were announced on May 2.
