Guwahati: National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam (NLUJAA) celebrated Lachit Diwas on Sunday.
Bhabesh Kalita, State irrigation minister was the chief guest of the event, commended NLUJAA in bringing students from across the country and letting them know about the heroes of Assam.
various cultural programmes were also hosted including the Lachit Borphukan Memorial Debate where students from various colleges and universities from across Assam participated.
