Guwahati, August 30, 2025 – The Indian Awaz Foundation successfully concluded the highly anticipated 7th edition of The Indian Awaz (TIA) Awards at ANIYAA Edition, 9th Mile, Guwahati. Drawing over 200 distinguished guests, entrepreneurs, young professionals, and social changemakers from across Northeast India, this landmark ceremony shone a spotlight on the innovations and achievements of the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR).
BTR SEED Mission: Leading Change and Empowerment
A major highlight this year was the recognition of the visionary SEED Mission (Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Development), a flagship initiative of the BTR Government. The SEED Mission is driving transformative change by equipping thousands of BTR youth with practical skills, entrepreneurial training, and direct employment opportunities. With a strategic goal to skill 50,000 young people over three years, the mission is fast-tracking inclusive progress, nurturing livelihoods, and building a sustainable future for the region.sentinelassam+1

Partners, community leaders, and participants commended SEED’s holistic approach—which integrates education, mentorship, and business incubation into its programming.
Honoring BTR Talent: Savio and Vivek
Reflecting BTR’s growing prominence, the awards recognized exceptional achievers from the region. Savio and Vivek were celebrated for their outstanding contributions, each exemplifying the skill, vision, and entrepreneurial spirit fostered by SEED and similar regional initiatives. Their accolades underscored the message that BTR’s youth are not only embracing opportunity but also leading the way in business, social impact, and innovation.
A special moment of the evening came from Wilson Hasda, Former Executive Member of BTR, whose heartfelt video message acknowledged the dedication of awardees and the collective progress of the community—reinforcing BTR’s commitment to sustainable development.
TIA Awards: A Collective Celebration of Excellence
The event recognized over 50 individuals and organizations, across categories ranging from entrepreneurship and business innovation to journalism, healthcare, and digital creativity. While awardees hailed from different states and backgrounds, a prevailing theme was the power of collaboration—a value championed by both BTR and the Indian Awaz Foundation.
This year, the launch of the Collab Circle took center stage. The Collab Circle connects top 10 recognized brands, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders, creating an active network for partnership, knowledge sharing, and business growth. Attendees participated in dynamic networking sessions, discovering new opportunities for collaboration and regional impact.
