GUWAHATI: The University of Science and Technology Meghalaya (USTM) will host a special LIVE interaction with Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi during the “Gen-Z Against Addiction – Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan” on 2 August, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The interaction will take place at Central Auditorium, USTM, Meghalaya.
This nationwide mass movement is led by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports via the Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat) Portal to unite young citizens against substance abuse and build a drug-free, developed India.
USTM has been selected as the only private university from Northeast India to participate in this interaction with PM Narendra Modi.
The event reflects a collective commitment to building a drug-free, healthy, and empowered youth—the foundation of a Viksit Bharat.
