VJ Chithra’s suicide came as a shock to many as the bubbly actress was found dead in a hotel room where she stayed with her husband Hemanth after a late-night shooting.
Despite the postmortem report which confirms suicide, Chithra’s mom strongly believed that she was murdered by her husband who was with her that night.
Following that, police did a six-day interrogation and arrested Hemanth for alleged abetment of suicide.
Chithra’s mom also accused Hemanth of harassing her daughter and financial constraint is said as a possible reason!
Meanwhile, the investigation also revealed that Hemanth was unhappy about Chithra’s intimate scenes in Pandian Stores serial.
