The release of “Euphoria” season 3 is scheduled for 2025, as announced by HBO’s Casey Bloys during a press event on Thursday, as reported by Variety. A sizzle reel showcased the title of the Sam Levinson series, alongside the anticipated releases of “The Last of Us” Season 2, “The White Lotus” Season 3, and the “It” prequel series, “Welcome to Derry.”
Regarding the details of the upcoming third season of “Euphoria,” not much has been disclosed, except for Levinson’s hint in August that he envisions the upcoming episodes with a “film noir” aesthetic. “Euphoria” features a talented cast, including Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Maude Apatow, Alexa Demie, Jacob Elordi, Angus Cloud, Barbie Ferreira, and Dominic Fike, portraying high school students entangled in a world of drugs, love, and crime. Eric Dane, Storm Reid, Colman Domingo, Javon Walton, Austin Abrams, and Nika King are also part of the cast. In August 2022, it was announced that Ferreira would not be returning for the third season, and, sadly, in July of the same year, Angus Cloud passed away at the age of 25. As of now, production for “Euphoria” Season 3 has not yet commenced.
