Every single project taken up by the department after 2nd May are mentioned in the work sheet.
According to the worksheet presented by Dr. Sarma, the department spent 324.78 Crore for 108 bridges from the state govt. Revenue, 513.35 crore for the development of 636 roads inside tea gardens, 1285.57 crore for constructing 1708 roads, 1086.03 crore for the construction of 279 bridges under Mahabir Lachit Silarai bridge construction scheme in 109 constituent assemblies,1327 crore for constructing 1621 new roads,304.49 crore for 752 urban roads,1400 crore towards 2200 k.m gravel roads under the Prime Minister’s road scheme, 5000 crore towards 2500 k.m new roads as well as development of the roads under state government’s Assam Mala scheme and 5700 crore towards construction of new roads till date.
