GUWAHATI: Swati Bidhan Baruah, the Associate Vice Chairperson of The Assam State Transgender Welfare Board asked the chairman of APSC to imply the reservation for transgender community in line with SC/ST/EWS/OBC/MOBC/PWBD and women candidate in its newest CCE 2020 recruitment process.
Moreover she has suggested to formulate an expert advisory committee to advise APSC regarding the empowering policy of transgender persons.
The APSC is now to republish the advertisement after accepting the urge by the Assam State Transgender Welfare Board.
