In a shocking incident, a man was seen masturbating in a video footage shared by a girl from Guwahati, Assam.
The girl said that she was making a reel video in her balcony when a man traveling in a scooty stopped and started masturbating in front of the girl. She was so embarassed that she could’nt do anything but recorded the entire incident in her mobile phone.

It is a video from today evening.. i was on my balcony and this person showed up out of nowhere on his scooty.. he stopped his scooty and stood infront of my gate and then started masturbating watching me..
I was in shock i didn’t know what to do.. fortunately i had my phone on my hand and i started recording.. he hid behind the trees when he saw i was holding my phone.. but he didn’t stop.. he continued.. then i called my brother .. we shouted at him.. and was about to go downstairs to catch him but he escaped with his scooty.”
She also complained that the man masturbated looking at her.
Later, she uploaded the video in her social media.
“A girl is not safe anywhere..
I was making a reel in my balcony.. meanwhile this creep stopped his scooty infront of our gate and started masturbating on the street while looking at me..
Why do we even have to face such incidents?
This needs to stop,” the victim’s post read.

FYI, cases of public masturbation can be filed under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which deals with “assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty”, Section 509 which deals with “gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman”, and/or Section 268, which handles cases of public nuisance.
