A full-fledged vegetarian restaurant – Pahi’s, was launched in the heart of Guwahati city on 5 February. With dishes that look and taste delicious, Pahi’s offers a variety of authentic Indian, South Indian, Asian and continental cuisine. The restaurant is the brain-child of business couple Ajay Sharma and Lipika Medhi Sharma, who also own a flourishing departmental store – Pahi, in the heart of the city. The store has been a major hub for the city residents to purchase food and other household needs. Interestingly, the couple has also produced an upcoming Assamese film ‘The Government Servant’, which is directed by Prodyut Kumar Deka, and starring artistes like Kopil Bora, Hiranya Deka, Nikumoni Baruah among others.
For health or personal reasons, more people are opting to eat vegetarian foods than ever before. The food served in Pahi’s will also attract non- vegetarians.
Located in Chandmari Colony (above the Titan Showroom), the restaurant is committed to providing guests with safe, hygienic and quality food.
