In a shocking incident, a minor girl aged about 16 years in Guwahati was gang-raped, filmed and then blackmailed on the day of ‘Uruka’ in the Barsapara area, Guwahati. Meanwhile, Guwahati Police have arrested two accused and the main mastermind behind the crime is still absconding. The two arrested have
