Head on collision took place this morning on 31NH at around 8 am this morning between a car and a dumper nearby Telipara market.The car holding Bhutan number plate was going towards Gossaigaon from Srirampur.
I was running in normal speed and all of a sudden the dumper approached very fast from my opposite direction and hit my car.” Said the car driver
The dumper driver escaped shortly after the incident .No casualty reported so far. #bhutan #bhutanese
