Another accused in Zoo road blast case, Bijoy Asom entered Down Town Hospital prior to the grenade blast- CCTV footage shows.
The footage also shows accused Jahnabi Saikia and self-proclaimed member of pro-talk ULFA Pranamoy Rajguru in the hospital premises.
Bijoy Asom was seen in blue shirt and jeans with Rajguru.
As per reports reaching here, Bijoy Asom identified himself as Bhaiti Baruah and said that he was suffering from fever, headache and body ache.
Bijoy Asom hurled the grenade in front of the Guwahati Central shopping mall on busy RG Baruah Road injuring 12 persons.
This evening, Assam police arrested Bijoy Asom from Doomdooma in Tinsukia. Deepak Kumar (Commissioner of Police) said that the ULFA militant will soon be brought to Guwahati for thorough interrogation.
