Assam Congress president Ripun Borah on May 15th, 2019, while condemning the blast in Guwahati, slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party-led state government for their failure to maintain the law and order in the state.
“It is unfortunate to say that the state government has failed to maintain the law and order in the state. The law and order situation in the state is deteriorating,” Ripun Borah said.
He further said that this was a cowardly attack. He further demanded appropriate medical assistance to the injured.
