Sindhu becomes first Indian to win badminton World Championship
Indian shuttle whizz- kid, P V Sindhu on Sunday won World Championship gold by beating Nozomi Okhura of Japan.
In the stumping match at Glassgow, Sindhu quelled the 2 time consecutive World champion, Okuhara by 21-7, 21-7 to win the gold and became the first Indian to ever win a badminton world championship.
