Himanta Biswa Sarma discussed the possibility of building a road overbridge from Mission Chariali to Tezpur on November 24.
Sarma along with Tezpur MP Pallab Lochan Das examined the location and sought Public Works Department’s intervention in preparing a draft report.
A flyover at Mission Chariali will help passengers travelling from Mangaldai to Lakhimpur and From Nagaon to Mangaldai or towards Arunachal Pradesh.
