Rajnath Singh, Defence Minister handed over best team trophy to winning participant of Assam team in New Delhi today. Assam Tableaux took part in Republic Day won the Best Tableaux award.
On Monday, Assam tableau bags first prize at 71st Republic Day parade. This year Assam showcased the rich dance forms and craftsmanship of the State and attracted the attention of audience and judges. Odisha tableau, which was bagged second prize, and Uttar Pradesh secured third position.
