GUWAHATI: Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma addressing a pressmeet on Friday said that 762 positive cases have been found in Guwahati city, among these 677 are without travel history.
He further said that there are 890 hospital beds in Guwahati and if the same average continues for 4 more days, hospitals will be out of beds.
A makeshift Covid facility is being made in Khanapara which will increase the capacity to 1600 said the health minister
