Guwahati: Assam reported another death of COVID-19 on Friday evening. The COVID infected patient has been identified as Mantu Ramchiary (50) who was admitted at Gauhati Medical College and Hospital.
Earlier today, a woman infected with COVID-19 died at Silchar Medical College and Hospital (SMCH) in Assam. The patient has been identified as Mangali Rani Das who had returned from Delhi recently. She was suffering from cancer.
However, the state health department is yet to declare the recent death officially.
