GUWAHATI: A nurse entrusted in quarantine duty at Dhemaji Civil Hospital has tested COVID-19 positive. Her swab test was conducted on June 22, has reported positive on Wednesday.
Health department officials are reluctant to disclose details in this regard, but said that all persons who come in primary and secondary contacts of the nurse would be tested.
The authority has sealed Dhemaji Civil Hospital for three days as preventive measure to contain the spread of covid-19 among the other employees.
