GUWAHATI: Three doctors from Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) in Guwahati have tested positive for COVID-19. The doctors were under mandatory quarantine at Hotel Taj Vivanta after rendering services in COVID-19 ward. “Three doctors have been found COVID-19 positive. They are Dr. Aditya, Dr. Rakesh and Dr. Siranjeeb,” said GMCH superintendent. “They are fine. We are observing them,” he added.
Earlier Dr.Lithikesh DS from GMCH and Dr. Deepa Deka from Regional Dental College, Guwahati had tested positive for COVID-19. Both of them have recovered from the disease.
