GUWAHATI: Sprinter Hima Das has been nominated for the prestigious Khel Ratna award by the Assam State Government.
According to reports Assam sports secretary, Dulal Chandra Das has sent a recommendation letter to the sports ministry on 5 June.
It is to be mentioned that Hima received the prestigious Arjuna Award from President Ram Nath Kovind in 2018.
