GUWAHATI: Primary Schools, including pre-primary schools(upto class 5) will remain closed till 8 May in Assam. The order will be effective in the districts with 100+ COVID-19 positive cases.
The information was shared by Assam Education Minister, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma. Dr. Sarma Tweeted,”IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All Lower Primary Schools, incl pre-primary, upto class 5 in #Covid_19 affected districts (100 cases +) in Assam shall remain closed till May 8 or until further orders.
