GUWAHATI: AGP president Atul Bora who represents the Bokakhat constituency is the new Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary, Border Area Development, Implementation of Assam Accord, Cooperation Minister of Assam.
Atul Bora is a well-known politician in the State of Assam and he is the son of Shri Mehuram Bora and Smti. Punya Prabha Bora. He was born on 7th April 1960, in Borahi Gaon, Golaghat, Assam. He is married to Bulbuli Baruah and they have one daughter, who is studying in Delhi. In the past, he did bodybuilding and weightlifting as well. He likes working in the paddy fields.
