Sikkim girl Pema Choden Bhutia bagged the winner’s crown in the 18th Sunsilk Mega Miss Northeast held at Shilpgram, Guwahati on Wednesday(29 Dec).
On the other hand, Danube Kangjam of Manipur and Sanwaka Surong of Meghalaya were also announced as winners of the event.
