Biswajit Daimary said this today after laid down Lai Khuta of the 61st Tamulpur Conference of the Bodo Sahitya Sabha to be held at the proposed Tamulpur Medical College and Hospital playground on April 27, 28 and 29.
Daimary reiterated – We must ensure that apart from the President of India, every person who comes to participate in the conference of Bodo Sahitya Sabha can participate without any difficulty and return smoothly. He reiterated that since a person like the President of India will come to the session, the celebration committee and subcommittees have to take the conference’s works more carefully by looking at the security aspects. Biswajit Daimary urged them to work following the advice of Tamulpur district police administration and civil administration for every task in this regard. Stating that the conference of the Bodo Sahitya Sabha could not be held at the scheduled time due to the covid situation, the President’s Office confirmed that the President of India will attend the Tamulpur Conference of Bodo Sahitya Sabha on April 29 and the 61st conference of The Bodo Sahitya Sabha has been fixed from April 27 to April 29 on the day of the Tamulpur session. Participating at the Lai Khuta laid down ceremony, Bodo Sahitya Sabha President Toren Boro said that the Bodo Sahitya Sabha has been working for the development of the Bodo language culture as well as working to protect the language-culture of the language of the ethnic community.
The Bodo Sahitya Sabha has always been working to take Assam forward by uniting all the ethnic groups of Assam. This time in the Tamulpur session, representatives from various parts of the state as well as representatives from foreign countries will also attend the 61st session to be held in Tamulpur, Toren Boro added.
