Ex-MLA of Tamulpur LAC, Chandi Basumatary, ex-BTC executive member)EM) Chrisostam Tudu, social activist Uttam Brahma and three other BPF leaders joined the UPPL party at a program held at UPPL central office in Kokrajhar on Tuesday in presence of BTC CEM Pramod Boro, deputy CEM Gabinda Chandra Basumatary, EM Wilson Hasda and other senior party leaders.
It is to be mentioned that UPPL has 7 MLAs and one Rajya Sabha MP in Parliament.
Speaking on the occasion, BTC Chief Pramod Boro said that his party has been emphasizing the welfare and integration of society since its inception.
