The All BTR LP and UP TET Qualified Association has demanded immediate advertisement of primary (LP and UP) teachers appointment in Bodoland Territorial Region(BTR) districts.
Addressing a pressmeet today, at Kokrajhar Press Club, association president Karendra Roy said that there are several thousand members those have qualified the TET examination across the BTR districts.
Notably, a total 5956 persons from BTR districts have qualified TET in 2019 and 2021 in BTR.
He added that the association demands immediate release of advertisement of primary ( LP and UP) teachers in Bodoland Territorial Region districts.
“The step for extending appointment of teachers across the primary schools are need of the hour as several primary schools have been facing severe hardships due to lying vacancies of teacher’s since long years,” Roy further said.
He has urged the BTR government to release advertisement for recruitment of teachers in primary schools immediately.
