In yet another incident, a minor couple from Assam was allegedly trafficked by their relative. They have been rescued by the family with the help of the Bangalore Police.
Reportedly, the aunt identified as Mamun Begum along with a man from Jorhat took the couple under the pretext of giving them a job in Bangalore.
Both of them have been brought back home to Guwahati on Wednesday.
Odalbakra Police has detained the woman and the minor and has started interrogating.
The husband of Mamun Begum has raised a complaint and accused her of being involved in human trafficking case earlier also.
