Another heavy downpour in the wee hours of Saturday left several parts of Guwahati waterlogged yet again.
The heavy rainfall left the whole city in chaos as commuters and pedestrians were struck as water remain stagnant in front of their streets and also on the main road.
Many areas including Zoo Road, Chandmari, Beltola, and Hatigaon are flooded with water reaching up to the knees.
As per the weather report from the Regional Meteorological Centre, the weather in Guwahati will remain the same, and moderate to heavy rainfall is predicted till the 17th of May 2022.
