Tata Play opened its first retail store in the city located in Hanumant Trade & Agency, Narengi on Tuesday. The new store will serve as a gateway for new connection queries as well as after-sales services for existing subscribers.
Sharing his views on the store opening, Neil Suares, chief sales officer, Tata Play, said, “As we have now rebranded to Tata Play, this new Jingalala store will help in making entertainment – ‘Aur Bhi Jingalala’. The store will serve as our first direct point of sale with customers in Guwahati, allowing them to experience the myriad entertainment possibilities that come with a Tata Play connection. It will give Tata Play increased visibility in the market and offer the ‘touch & feel’ factor that continues to be an important aspect in the buying process of Indian customers.”
