Harvest Sports Club Hosts Successful Super Seven Football Cup 2024 in Guwahati

Harvest Sports Club, Guwahati, launched the 2-day Super Seven Football Cup 2024, a 7-a-side football tournament, on July 25th at 3 PM at the TSS Arena, located in The Scholar School, Baghorbari, Satgaon, Guwahati.

Shri Ranajit Mahanta, Head of Administration at the Assam Football Association, was the chief guest at the opening ceremony. An exhibition match between Harvest Sports Club President’s 7 and Nirmaan Rehab Facility 7 promoted the theme “Get High on Football, Not on Drugs. Say NO to Drugs.”

The tournament, supported by the Assam Football Association, saw collaboration with Nirmaan Rehabilitation Facility, Helping Hand Foundation Rehabilitation Centre, and Wisdom Centre as Rehab Centre Partners. It was co-sponsored by NRDS Group and Ben Jami Pharmacy, powered by Gplus Athletic, with FRIENDS DIGITAL as Printing Press Partner, AMBUJA SPORTS as Merchandise Partner, RAWR Visuals as Design Partner, and DY365, DY365 Digital, NLTV, and Guwahati Times as media partners.

The Super Seven Football Cup 2024, hosted at The Scholar Arena, aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle through sports and raise awareness against drug abuse. Over 20 teams participated in this exciting event.

On the second day, UNKNOWN FC clinched the championship title after a competitive match against WARRIOR FC, winning 1-0. The closing ceremony, attended by Shri Ranajit Mahanta as the chief guest, included a presentation of appreciation tokens to all partners for their support.

uThe final, held on July 26th at 8:45 PM, concluded with UNKNOWN FC receiving a cash prize of Rs. 20,000, a trophy, and medals, while the Runners-up were awarded Rs. 10,000, a trophy, and medals.
