Samsung Electronics is set to launch its latest smartphone, the Galaxy M35, in India on July 17. This announcement comes after the device’s initial debut in Brazil in March and subsequent teasers indicating its arrival in the Indian market. Confirmation of the launch date by GSM Arena dispels earlier speculations and aligns with Amazon’s Prime Day sales event on July 20 and 21.
The Galaxy M35 features impressive specifications, including Samsung’s Exynos 1380 SoC. It boasts a 6.6-inch 1080×2340 120 Hz Super AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1,000 nits, protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+.
The device includes a versatile camera setup, featuring a 50 MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 5 MP macro camera. For selfies, there is a 13 MP front-facing camera. These features are powered by a substantial 6,000 mAh battery with support for 25W wired charging, according to GSM Arena.
While the promotional image shows a simulated design with a disclaimer about potential color variations, the Galaxy M35 promises a sleek and modern aesthetic. Upon its launch, the Samsung Galaxy M35 will be available for purchase on Amazon, strategically timed to coincide with Amazon’s Prime Day.
Enthusiasts and tech-savvy consumers can anticipate the Galaxy M35’s debut, bringing advanced technology and robust performance capabilities to the competitive mid-range smartphone segment in India. Recently, Samsung launched several new smartphones and tablets in India, including the Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold 5, and Galaxy A55 5G, along with various new M and F-series phones.
