10 Bhutanese Nationals Injured in Road Accident at Gurufela, Kokrajhar

Kokrajhar, July 26: At least 10 Bhutanese nationals were injured in a road accident this afternoon at Gurufela on National Highway 27 in the Gossaigaon subdivision of Kokrajhar district, Assam.

According to eyewitnesses, a Bhutan passenger bus travelling from the Chirang side towards Gossaigaon collided with a cement-laden mini truck (WB 73-9301).

The accident occurred when the bus reportedly rammed into the rear of a vehicle in front that had slowed down

The injured passengers were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. All are reported to be out of danger with no serious injuries.
