GUWAHATI: The Congress on Tuesday (March 16) announced a list of 21 candidates for the third phase of the Assam legislative Assembly elections. According to the new list Manjit Mahanta is congress’ candidate from Dispur constituency and smt. Ashima Bordoloi is the party’s candidate from Guwahati East constituency.
