What is CEM’s Super 50 Mission !

The CEM’S Super 50 for UPSC coaching would be free course for those aspirants from Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) who want to be IAS/IPS/IFS.

The BTR government has initiated the CEM’s Super 50 Mission for bringing an awareness among the students for competitive examinations like UPSC and other civil service examinations.

The BTR government has initiated the UPSC coaching programme in academic partnership with Chanakya IAS Academy, New Delhi for the IAS/IPS/IFS aspirants of Bodoland region.

The present BTR government has been constantly trying to create a competitive educational environment among the students to increase the number of people who have passed the top competitive examinations every year.

With this sole objective of creating top bureaucrats from the region, BTR has undertaken to launch the CEM’s Super 50 Mission for UPSC coaching..

Notably, so far over 450 candidates have enrolled their names in the registration through the on-line procedure for the UPSC coaching.

It may be mentioned that CEM’s Super 50 scheme was ceremonially launched on Wednesday(July 20) at a programme held at RCCC auditorium (near Delhi Public School) IOCL BGR Township Dhaligaon, Chirang district amidst presence of huge gathering. The Chief Executive Member’s (CEM’s) Super 50 mission for Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) coaching, an initiative of Govt of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) for producing top administrators from Bodoland Region.

In his speech, BTR CEM Pramod Boro said that the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) is the administrative arm of the All India Services of government of India. Considered the premier central civil service of India, the IAS is one of the three arms of the All India Services along with the Indian Police Service and the Indian Forest Service. Members of these three services serve the government of India as well as the individual states.

The  IAS officers are also deployed to various government establishments such as constitutional bodies, staff & line agencies, auxiliary bodies, public sector  units, regulatory bodies, statutory bodies and autonomous bodies.

He said that the numbers of persons clearing UPSC examination in IAS, IFS, IPS is very rare from this region and countable in fingers due to lack of competitiveness and lack of proper guidance.

He said that the present BTR government has been relentlessly trying to create a competitive academic environment so that numbers of persons clearing in top competitive examination goes up every year. With a sole objective of creating top bureaucrats from the Bodoland Territorial Region, initiated and launched the CEM’s Super 50 mission for UPSC coaching.

He has expressed his happines having present at the launch of the ambitious CEM’s Super 50 for UPSC coaching programme & seminar.

He said that the present BTR government’s relentless efforts are aimed a creating a competitive academic atmosphere in BTR and creating top bureaucrats from the region in the coming days and termed that the commencement of Super 50 programme today is just a step forward in this direction.

He has opined hard studious environment among the student fraternities which makes a life perfect and sustainable development while building a society.

He said that the patience and dedication   towards the hard studies of student goes through the spirit of a person lead to be a good life whatever face situations.

He mentioned that the BTR government is carrying many new projects like humanity welfare to make a right direction  reaching out among the citizens in the entire region.

” The human society needs a  development of human resources and accordingly student generations must come forward to the right direction to get more and more ushering of the educational environment. It was a dream of long years and today the BTR region gets free UPSC coaching under the CEM’s Super 50 mission to create healthy educational environment as well bringing a self reliable environment among the citizens”, Boro said.

Founder chairman of Chanakya IAS Academy, Delhi, AK Mishra said that every student or person must have a positive attitude and positive willingness to be a good life career.

He said that  every aspiring students must dedicate their hard studies while acquiring higher education as well cracking the UPSC examinations.

He has lauded the BTR government and organisers for organizing the coaching programme for UPSC examinations which has been creating awareness among the citizens.

” It is a beginning of new environment on competitive examination procedure from the BTR districts as present BTR government has initiated the free UPSC coaching for the students under the CEM’s Super 50 mission for Bodoland region. We can hopeful that the UPSC coaching initiative initiated by BTR government to extend educationally cooperation and support to the aspiring students those are wanting to be IAS/IPS/IFS. The competitive educational environment must be prevailed for uplift and development among the society”, said Bodo Sahitya Sabha general secretary Prasanta Boro.

Among others, BTCLA speaker Katiram Boro, MLAs Lawrence Islary, Jayanta Basumatary, BTR executive members Ranjit Basumatary, Arup Kumar Dey, Wilson Hasda, Dharma Narayan Das, Bodoland University vice chancellor Prof Laishram Ladusingh, Bodoland University registrar Dr Subung Basumatary, BTR Principal Secretary Anurag Goel were prominent attendees on the occasion.
