This endeavor seeks to provide complimentary coaching to one lakh civil services aspirants. “Mission 1 Lakh” will mentor and coach a minimum of 1,00,000 aspirants from underprivileged backgrounds. The program offers a holistic exam preparation strategy encompassing the Preliminary exam, Mains exam, and Interview stages. Participants will have access to daily live classes, weekly doubt-clearing sessions, daily current affairs updates, and personalized one-on-one mentoring.
An integral feature of this initiative is the “Interview Guidance Programme” (IGP), aimed at boosting confidence, personality development, and interview readiness. Recognizing the significance of the interview phase, CSAP aims to ensure equal opportunities for every aspirant. The IGP features mock interview sessions conducted by esteemed panelists, including Shri Anil Swarup (Retired IAS, Former Coal Secretary of India, Indian Author), Shri Rabindra Kalita (Former APSC Member), and Shri Rajdeep Lekharu (Director, Civil Services Achievers’ Point).
