Today, 30 social activists, educators, artists, publishers, and organizations were honored with the prestigious National Pride Awards at the National Pride Awards 2024 ceremony. The event was organized by the CKNKH Foundation National Committee: India, Ranidanga Yashoda Educational Society, and Vidyasagar College of Education, and held at Vidyasagar College of Education in Darjeeling, West Bengal. Raghab Chandra Nath, President of the Governing Body of the Chalo Kuch Nyara Karte Hain Foundation, graced the event as the guest of honor.
Dr. Savita Mishra, Principal of Vidyasagar College of Education, and Bablu Kumar, General Secretary of CKNKH Foundation National Committee: India, addressed the ceremony. Dr. Mishra remarked, “This award is a symbol of excellence and service in our society. These honorees have brought goodness and inspiration through their hard work and dedication.” Bablu Kumar added, “Through these awards, we acknowledge the contributions of these social workers and educators and encourage their efforts.”
CKNKH Foundation National Committee President Aashina Sawarkar expressed pride in organizing the event and honoring the recipients’ good work. As the ceremony concluded, the honorees proudly received their awards, and their contributions were celebrated. Paromita Dasgupta, Assistant Professor of Vidyasagar College of Education, anchored the felicitation ceremony.
