Kokrajhar, Jan 21: In a significant step towards empowering underprivileged youth in the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR), Executive Member Wilson Hasda has announced an initiative titled “Project E3: Educate, Empower, Elevate.” The program aims to provide free computer training to 20 students from Below Poverty Line (BPL) households.
The training will be conducted at SIT International, a reputed computer institute located in Gossaigaon near the NH-27 flyover. The course is open to candidates who have passed Class 10 and can provide a valid BPL card or equivalent documents as proof of eligibility.

Speaking about the initiative, Wilson Hasda stated, “This program is dedicated to ensuring access to quality education and technical skills for youth from economically weaker sections, empowering them to build a better future.”
Notably, EM Wilson Hasda has been steadfast in his efforts to support the students of BTR. The EM previously launched a Civil Services coaching program for underprivileged students in the BTR, followed by free coaching for NEET aspirants and a preparatory course for entrance exams to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, specifically targeting underprivileged students in his locality as well as BTR.
