Guwahati: Former Assam Police DIG and one of the main accused in the Assam Police SI examination scam PK Dutta has been arrested. Dutta was absconding since September 23 after the scam came to light. He was arrested in Kakarvitta near the India-Nepal border. Dutta was reportedly held by Darjeeling Police on Tuesday.
