Assam’s Jebin Features In Akshay Kumar’s New Show
Jebin Kausar, a 19-year-old girl from Assam’s Hojai district has recently featured in a show hosted by Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar. Kausar, who writes and draws with her feet, featured in the show called ‘Short Stories of a #NewIndia with Akshay Kumar’.
The show reportedly features individuals who have overcome many difficulties in their lives to reach new heights and be successful.
A student of Higher Secondary final year at Mariam Ajmal Women’s College in Hojai, Jebin was interviewed by the actor along with her guardians. It may be mentioned here that she had lost the ability to move both her hands at an early age. Later, she learnt to write and draw with her feet.
She made it to the headlines of Assamese news channels in 2017, when she passed the HSLC examination with flying colours by writing her papers with her feet.
