RANCHI: A group of armed men abducted and gang-raped a student of a prestigious law university in Ranchi late on Tuesday. In raids conducted through Wednesday, police arrested 12 persons who have confessed to the crime. The spot from where the woman was abducted is about 8km from the chief
Delhi Police has formed a special patrolling team of 16 women constables in the North-East district. The women constables are given 8 pink colored two-wheelers. The patrolling timing of this team are 11am-1pm and 5pm-7pm.
