Bicycles Distributed to Class IX Students Under CM’s Special Scheme in Chirang

Kajalgaon, Dec 30— A ceremonial distribution of bicycles to Class IX students under the Chief Minister’s Special Scheme was held at Kajalgaon High School under the Sidli–Chirang Development Block in Chirang district.

BTC Executive Member Paniram Brahma attended the programme and ceremonially distributed bicycles to 165 Class IX students of Kajalgaon High School as part of the scheme aimed at encouraging education and reducing dropout rates.

On the occasion, Paniram Brahma also inaugurated the new HSLC Examination Centre at Kajalgaon High School, marking a significant step towards strengthening educational infrastructure in the area.

MCLAs James Basumatary and Sukur Singh Muchahary, Chirang District Commissioner Jatin Bora, the Inspector of Schools, Chirang, officials of the Education Department, school authorities and students were present during the programme.
