Sources said infected persons include one 23-day-old baby. 9 out of the 11 infected people are Chennai Returnees, one Delhi returnee and one Guwahati returnee.
With the 11 new positive cases, total confirmed COVID-19 cases in Manipur reached 20 out of which total active COVID-19 cases in Manipur are 18.
