Community engagement & awareness meet held at Chhaygaon

PALASBARI,August 21: Rashtriya Gramin Vikas Nidhi (RGVN), a non-governmental organization and Crisil Foundation organized a beneficiary conference titled ‘Moi Pragati’ at Hatigarh under Chhaygaon LAC on Tuesday.
The event is aimed at empowering women, promoting women’s digital financial literacy, rural livelihoods,micro enterprises, identifying new schemes and services and promoting them in the society.
The program is being launched in 14 districts of the state in collaboration with RGVN and Crisil foundation.

More than 100 beneficiary women attended the programme also informed and discussed about the schemes of Gaon Panchayat and various government schemes.
The event was attended by Deputy Directors of RGVN Anita Dutta and Joydeep Das ,Data Manager Mridula Chunkara, Kamrup Field Manager Jon Barua , Dakshin Pantan Gaon Panchayat President Bistura Rava among others .
