English NewsCongress Loses Rajya Sabha Seat , Says MLA ‘Wasted’ Vote

The Congress has lost a Rajya Sabha seat to the BJP in Assam, where elections for two seats in the upper house of parliament took place on Thursday. The BJP won the other seat unopposed.
