Kamrup Emerges Overall Champion at 12th Inter-District Roller Skating Championship in Guwahati
Guwahati: Kamrup Clinches Title in 12th Inter-District Roller Skating ChampionshipKamrup has won the championship title in the 12th Inter-District Roller Skating Championship. Organized by the Assam Roller Skating Association with support from Aprince, this two-day event took place at the Dispur Skating Rink. Over 200+ skaters from 15 districts across the state participated.With 11 gold, 17 silver, and 12 bronze medals, Kamrup became the champion (₹30,600 prize). Marigaon secured second place with 8 gold, 13 silver, and 6 bronze medals (₹18,000 prize), while Kamrup Metro took third with 9 gold, 9 silver, and 3 bronze medals (₹9,000 prize).Guwahati received the best discipline district award (₹6,003). The best talented child skater awards went to Ayan Ali (boy, Chandrapur) and Jessica Roy (girl, Kamrup).
