Madan Prasad Bezbaruah, who was named to head a High Level Committee on how to implement Clause 6 of Assam Accord, withdrawn his consent to head the committee. Bezbaruah has written to Union Home Ministry informing of his decision. 3 other members declined to be part of Committee.
